The petitioner is the husband and is said to have caused the death of his wife under circumstances not natural for or in connection with demand of dowry within seven years of petitioner's married to the lady.

Submission is that the petitioner was residing on the relevant date in Delhi and after being informed by his family members about the death of the deceased due to illness, he informed his father-in-law, i.e., the informant about his proposed travel to Bihar and when he came, his father-in-law and others administered poison to him as a result of which he was hospitalized and his father was forced to lodge a complaint. The fact that the petitioner had informed the informant from Delhi by phone appears probable as there is a record made by

Considering the above facts and circumstances, let petitioner Dinesh Mahton be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai in connection with Birpur P.S. Case No. 61of 2014.
