The petitioner has moved before this Court for removal of encroachment made by respondent nos. 6, 7 and 8. The matter falls within the domain of the Purnia Municipal Corporation.

The contention of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that he has already preferred representation on 2.01.2019.

In that view of the matter, the writ petition stands disposed off with a direction that if the petitioner files representation/complaint before the Municipal Commissioner, Purnia Municipal Corporation within four weeks from today, he shall take up the matter and disposed it of after hearing of the necessary parties.
