Mr.Uday Pratap Singh ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 27-02-2020 Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Taraiya P.S. Case No. 319 of 2019, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1-B)(a) and 26 of the Arms Act. Allegation is of recovery of one country-made pistol from the petitioner and it appears that he is accused in five other cases.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that seizure list does not show that the same has been recovered from his possession and he is in custody since 30.10.2019. Heard learned APP also.

In view of above facts and circumstances, let petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.6933 of 2020(3) dt.27-02-2020 2/2 Judicial Magistrate, Saran at Chapra, in connection with Taraiya P.S. Case No. 319 of 2019 on the condition he has to appear before police station of his local area in second week of every month for a period of six months, so that police may watch his activities and if his active involvement is found in future in such type of cases, prosecution is at liberty to move for cancellation of his bail bonds.

Let a copy of this order be communicated to the Superintendent of Police, Saran for needful.
