The petitioner seeks bail in Kotwali (Adampur) P.S. Case No. 359 of 2014, registered for the offences punishable under Section 307 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code. The informant Rakesh Kumar alleged that Ranjan Das, Atish Kumar and one unknown person came and they all assaulted with knife the informant and his servant. The petitioner Subodh Das is alleged to have assaulted the informant. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the doctor found the injury on the person of the informant simple in nature. Ranjan Das has already been enlarged on bail vide Cr. Misc. No. 44267 of 2014.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.9367 of 2015 (3) dt.07-04-2015 2/2 named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur in connection with Kotwali (Adampur) P.S. Case No. 359 of 2014.
