Following is the relief, which the petitioner is seeking:- "That this writ petition is being filed for directing the concerned authority to pay compensation for rest of the area, measuring 10 decimal appertaining to Khata No.3, Plot No.108 arising out of L.A. Case No. 1/2005-06 in which total area 23 decimal has been acquired but compensation for 13 decimal only has been paid to the petitioner after following due procedure under the land Acquisition Act, 2013 with statutory benefit provided under the Act."

It is not known whether the petitioner has availed the statutory remedy under the Right to Fair Compensation and

In my view, if the petitioner has not approached, she may approach the competent authority for raising her grievance, which the petitioner is raising in the present writ application. This writ application is disposed of with the liberty aforesaid.
