1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 307, 337, 338, 447 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code read with Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has antecedent of one case and has been falsely implicated in the present case by the informant with an allegation that being member of the mob, he was also carrying gun, but then it is submitted that there is no allegation of firing against the petitioner. It is further submitted that petitioner came to be implicated based on general and omnibus allegation.

4. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner, but is not in a position to rebut the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner that there is no specific allegation of firing against this petitioner.

5. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned trial court within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned trial court where the case is pending/successor court in connection with Manpur P.S. Case No. 37 of 2023 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.

6. One of the bailors of the petitioner shall be his father Sena Paswan @ Saina Paswan.
