2. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Teghra P.S Case No. 191/2021 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. As per allegation in the FIR, petitioner along with other co-accused persons have assaulted the informant's son and fired gun shot on him due to which he was severely injured.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. He next submits that informant himself is a veteran criminal occasionally involved in crop loot and several other things. He

No.6590 of 2025(3) dt.19-04-2025 2/2 further submits that petitioner's name has been figured due to the earlier dispute going on between them It is also submitted that petitioner is in judicial custody since 28.08.2024 and possess seven criminal antecedents. He further submits that other co-accused has been granted bail vide Cr. Misc. No. 19089 of 2024 and Cr. Misc. No. 56969 of 2024.

5. However, learned APP for the State oppose the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

On perusal of the FIR, impugned order dated 18.12.2024, it appears that there is direct allegation of firing gun shot on the petitioner and also considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, nature of allegation leveled against the petitioner and submissions made on behalf of the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to regular bail to the petitioner.

7. Accordingly, the bail application of the petitioner is hereby rejected.
