The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Charpokhari P.S. Case no. 207 of 2019, registered under Sections 341, 323, 504, 427 and 308/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation is that on 05.10.2019, four persons named in the F.I.R., including the petitioner, were engaged in demolishing the wall of the informant Manoj Kumar, when informant made protest then all started to abuse and cause assault to him. On raising alarm by the informant, his father, mother and brother rushed there then Deo Kumar Sah (Petitioner) caused injury to Sanichari Devi, mother of informant, through lathi in which she sustained blood oozing

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that only one injury was found on the head of mother of informant, which is of simple in nature. The petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur, Ara in connection with Charpokhari P.S. Case No. 207 of 2019, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
