The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence under Sections 376 and 313 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is alleged to have committed rape on the informant. On the pretext of marriage, the petitioner established physical relationship with her several times and when she became pregnant, her pregnancy was aborted. It appears that the petitioner consented herself and the first physical relation was established in the year 2012. Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of allegations and the fact that the petitioner is in jail since 20.8.2014, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be
