2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Section 303(2) of the Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.

3. The informant alleges that on 29.06.2025 at about 8 AM, he parked his Tempo near Purani Bazar Masjid and when he came back at about 4 PM, he did not find his Tempo.

4. Petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. Name of the petitioner transpired during investigation in the confessional statement of co-accused Sujal Kumar. No stolen article has been recovered from possession of this petitioner. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioner, in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of eight weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Masaurhi, District Patna in connection with Masaurhi P.S. Case No. 519 of 2025, subject to condition as laid down under Section 482 of the Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023.
