3. A counter affidavit on behalf of the respondent no.4 is on record, according to which the land has been acquired, amount has been paid and in any dispute between the family, State has no role to play.
4. Though there is force in the submission of the State, since there is no appearance, the writ petition stands dismissed for non-prosecution.
