====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 06-07-2017 Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor representing the State. This Criminal Revision application has been filed against an order, dated 22.11.2016, passed in Criminal Appeal No. 88 of 2016, whereby learned Sessions Judge, Gaya, has rejected the appeal preferred against an order, dated 19.09.2016, passed by the Juvenile Justice Board, Gaya, in Buniyadganj P.S. Case No. 28 of 2016, refusing petitioner's petition for his release on bail. Considering the serious nature of the offence, I am not inclined to interfere with the impugned orders. This application is dismissed but with an observation that the Juvenile Justice Board, Gaya must conclude the enquiry under Section 14 of the Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Act, 2000 within a period of four

months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.

If the enquiry, under Section 14 of the Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Act, 2000 is not concluded by the Juvenile Justice Board, Gaya, within the aforesaid period of four months, the petitioner may renew his prayer for his release on bail before appropriate forum in accordance with law.
