The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Gardanibagh P.S. Case No. 462 of 2018 for the offences punishable under Sections 419, 420, 468, 471, 472 and 120 of the Indian Penal Code .
The allegation in the present case is impersonation in the physical test of Central Selection Board of driver constable being conducted by the Central Selection Constable Recruitment Board, Bihar, Patna. It is further alleged that the signature of the petitioner did not tally with the records of the Board, hence the petitioner was arrested for impersonation. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case. It is

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be enlarged on regular bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Patna in connection with Gardanibagh P.S. Case No. 462 of 2018.
