In this case, the petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Bidupur P.S. Case No. 203 of 2019 registered for offences under sections 30(a) and 41 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2018 / Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. As per prosecution case, the police, on receipt of secret information, recovered 3584.860 litres India made foreign liquor from the pickup van bearing registration no. BR-1AL0470. The petitioner has got criminal antecedent as has been stated in paragraph no.3 of the present bail application. Looking to the quantity of liquor recovered as also
