The petitioner is languishing in custody since 18.10.2014 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code.
The Choukidar was informed about foul smell coming out from a house west to Ring Tower, Gudri Road then the police reached to the place and took out a decomposed body of Randhir Kumar. The Police gathered from the locality that few days prior to recovery of the dead body, few persons took alcohol in the company of the victim. Hence, it was suspected that the victim was poisoned. The name of the petitioner sprang up during investigation as the petitioner who enjoyed the company of the victim few days prior to

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that only on suspicion, accusation has been levelled against the petitioner. A statement has been made in paragraph no. 3 of the petition that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M.
