The petitioners are languishing in custody since 17.01.2015 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 448, 341, 323, 325, 307, 379 and 354/34 of the Indian Penal Code. It is alleged that ten F.I.R. named accused persons including the petitioners entered into the house of the informant and caused injury to the wife and uncle of the informant, snatched jewellery from the wife of the informant and cash Rs. 25,000/-. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the accusation is omnibus and general. The wife of the informant received only one injury whereas the uncle of the informant received two injuries when accusation of assault is against

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.9198 of 2015 (2) dt.13-03-2015 2 / 2 ten persons. Jagataran Devi and other have been granted anticipatory bail by this Court vide Cr. Misc. No. 1926 of 2015. A statement has been made in paragraph no. 3 of the petition that the petitioners have no criminal antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M., Khagaria, in connection with Alauli P.S. Case No. 146 of 2014, G.R. No. 1323 of 2014.
