The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. Sudhir Kumar named nine persons, namely, Mahendra Yadav, Ravi Kumar, Munna Yadav, Lalu Kumar, Akhilesh Yadav, Ajay Yadav, Kamaldeo Yadav, Rambarat Yadav and Mehi Lal Yadav (the petitioner) and alleged that they all took his father in a field and Ravi Kumar fired at the chest of his father; second shot was fired by Mahendra Yadav and the third was fired by Munna Kumar. Lalu Yadav assaulted his father with a knife at his armpit. Akhilesh Kumar fired at his cousin Dhananjay Kumar but the firing did not hit him.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.11674 of 2015 (2) dt.06-04-2015 2/2 accused Ram Barat Yadav has already been enlarged on bail vide order passed in Cr. Misc. No. 7625 of 2015.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri B.M. Tripathi, J.M. 1st Class, Jehanabad in Karpi P.S. Case No. 213/2014. (Prabhat Kumar Jha, J) Dilip/- U T
