JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 23-01-2020 The petitioner seeks quashing of the notice dated 27.07.2019 issued under Section 7 of the Bihar & Orissa Public Demands Recovery Act, 1914 against him. Admittedly, the petitioner has not filed his objection petition before the Certificate Officer. This Court directs that if the objection petition is filed by the petitioner within a period of three weeks from today, it shall be entertained by the Certificate

Patna High Court CWJC No.643 of 2020(2) dt.23-01-2020 2/2 Officer, who shall apply himself to the facts of this case and pass a reasoned order within a further period of six weeks thereafter.

Till the time the objection petition of the petitioner is disposed off, no coercive action shall be taken against him under the aforesaid/concerned certificate proceeding.

The writ petition stands disposed off with the aforesaid observation/direction.
