The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 504, 506, 120(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant alleged that the petitioner took Rs. 2,47000/- for getting the sale deed executed with regard to a piece of land. The petitioner also received Rs. 50,000/- for miscellaneous expenses but the sale deed was not executed.
