The petitioner seeks bail in a criminal prosecution registered under Section 304(B)/ 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Taking into consideration the fact that the petitioner happens to be younger brother of the husband of the deceased and further taking into consideration the fact that co-accused Krishna Singh and Smt. Pramila Devi with almost identical and similar allegations have already been granted bail by a Bench of this Court and further taking into consideration that the husband of the deceased Satish Rai @ Santosh Rai @ Srikant Rai is already in judicial custody and his prayer for bail has been rejected today (26.05.2015) itself in Cr. Misc. No. 13317 of 2015, his prayer for bail is allowed. The petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned J.M. 1st Class, Saran at Chapra in connection with Baniyapur P.S. Case No. 220 of 2014.
