The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Section 307 and other sections of the Indian Penal Code, Sections 3/4/5 of the Explosive Substances Act, Section 27 of the Arms Act and Section 17 of the Criminal Law Amendment Act.

The petitioner is, of course, named in the F.I.R. but name of the petitioner figured in the case on the fact that the extremists were calling names of each other. Nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. Other co-accused, namely, Chanarik Ravidas @ Chanarik Jee @ Chandan Jee, Bhutal Ji @ Dhanik Lal Mandal have already been enlarged on bail.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.11988 of 2015 (2) dt.09-04-2015 2/2 of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned S.D.J.M., Sherghatti in Imamganj P.S. Case No. 110/12.
