Case No. 298 of 2019, disclosing offences under Sections 30(a), 36, 38 & 41 (1) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Recovery of 31 liters of liquor from the Palani of the petitioner.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. It is an open place. He has no criminal antecedent. Heard learned A.P.P. also, who has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail on the ground of recovery. Having heard both sides, in view of the submissions, made above, I am not inclined to grant privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. However, he has to surrender before the
