JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 25-04-2025 The present petition is by way of third attempt at the behest of the petitioner for grant of regular bail in connection with Sessions Trial No. 66 of 2023 arising out of Mashrakh P.S. Case No. 57 of 2022, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 307, 379, 325, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act, inasmuch as the earlier petitions filed by the petitioner for grant of regular bail have all stood rejected.

This Court by an order dated 24.01.2025 had called for a report from the learned Trial Court with regard to the present stage of the trial and the time like to be consumed for conclusion of the same, in pursuance whereof the 04th Additional Sessions Judge, Saran at Chapra has submitted a report dated 05.02.2025, wherein it has been stated that six out

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.2535 of 2025(5) dt.25-04-2025 2/2 of seven named charge sheet witnesses have already been examined.

Having regard to the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, I deem it fit and proper to request the learned Court of 04th Additional Sessions Judge, Saran at Chapra to make endeavour for examination/cross-examination of the remaining witness within a period of four weeks from today and thereafter conclude the trial within a period of three months positively.

With the aforesaid observation, the present petition stands disposed off.
