====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE P. B. BAJANTHRI ORAL ORDER 13-09-2024 Pursuant to my previous order, Dr. Arun Kumar Singh, Ex. Block Development Officer, Hanuman Nagar, Darbhanga, is present in the Court.

2. Respondents were directed to pay litigation cost and it was quantified at Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) and it has not been paid. On the other hand, compliance order is

Patna High Court MJC No.34 of 2023(7) dt.13-09-2024 2/2 beyond the time limit stipulated. Further, learned counsel for the petitioner is disputing certain issues. That cannot be examined by this Court in view of the order dated 14.02.2022 passed in C.W.J.C. No.8400 of 2021 by which this Court has directed only to pass a speaking order after due consideration of the petitioner's grievance.

3. Accordingly, the present M.J.C./Contempt Petition stands dropped reserving liberty to the petitioner to invoke appropriate remedy insofar as the compliance order, if he is still aggrieved. If the respondents fail to pay litigation cost in terms of order dated 14.02.2022 passed in C.W.J.C. No.8400 of 2021 within a period of 10 days in that event they are liable to pay further cost and it is quantified at Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand). In this regard, petitioner is permitted to file interlocutory application to revive this order. (P. B. Bajanthri, J) P.S./- U
