For the Petitioner/s : Mr. Rajeev Ranjan, Adv. For the Opposite Party/s : Mr. Gajendra Pd.Yadav, APP ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR JHA ORAL ORDER 08-04-2015 Heard both sides.
The petitioner seeks bail in Dalsingsarai P.S. Case No. 192/2014, registered for the offences punishable under Section 302 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code. The informant herself alleged that the petitioner called her near cigarette factory and brutally assaulted her with knife, later on the informant died. The post-mortem report also corroborates the statement of the informant-deceased. Considering the facts aforesaid, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the same is rejected. The trial court is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same preferably within one year from the date of receipt/production of the copy of this order.
