13-09-2017 Heard Sri Rajiva Ranjan, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Yogendra Kumar Singh, learned Addl. Public Prosecutor.
This is the second attempt for grant of bail on behalf of the petitioner. Earlier, by order dated 13-07-2016 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 26903 of 2016, the prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected after noticing the fact that in the case, two females were kidnapped for ransom.
Learned counsel for the petitioner, by way of referring to fact disclosed in the supplementary affidavit, tried to persuade the Court that there were two persons in the name of Rajesh Singh, whereas, the petitioner was not actual culprit. However, since on merit, this Court has already
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.34295 of 2017(2) dt.13-09-2017 2/2 rejected the prayer for bail of the petitioner by order dated 13-07-2016 in Cr. Misc. No. 26903 of 2016, there is no point to consider the case on merit. I do not find any ground to review my earlier order.
The petition stands dismissed.
