In the wake of the aforesaid development, it is no longer necessary to enter into the merits or otherwise of the
Patna High Court Cr. WJC No.238 of 2019(3) dt.06-02-2019 2/2 contentions raised in the Habeas Corpus petition which is accordingly consigned to records.
Any request for release can now be attempted by the appellant through an appropriate bail application before the appropriate forum.
