This modification application has been filed to modify the order dated 03.12.2020 passed in Cr. Appeal (SJ) No.1543 of 2020 submitting that the name of appellant no.8 (Babalu Jaiswal) be deleted from the array of the appellants. It is further submitted that due to typographical error the name of appellant no.3 Bittu Singh has been deleted and further appellant nos.1, 2 and 4 to 9 be read as appellant nos.1 to 7 and 9. For the reasons mentioned in this application, this application is allowed and the order dated 03.12.2020 passed in Cr. Appeal (SJ) No.1543 of 2020 is modified to the extent as indicated above.
