The petitioner seeks bail in Routa P.S. case No. 43 of 2016 under Section 272, 273 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 47(A) of Bihar Excise Amendment Act, 2016. 15.3 liters of foreign and country made liquor was seized from a vehicle in which the petitioner was travelling but similarly situated other accused persons namely, Md. Hatim and Md. Junaid Akhtar have already been enlarged on bail vide orders passed in Cr. Misc. Nos. 43152 of 2016 and 42961 of 2016. Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of allegation made against the petitioner, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purnea in Routa P.S.
