Admittedly, the victim has already returned to her home and she has stated in her statement recorded under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C. that she was taken to Ludhiana by the petitioner but no ill-treatment was given to her by the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.7801 of 2015 (2) dt.26-02-2015 each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bagaha, West Champaran in connection with Chautarwa P.S. Case No. 214 of 2014.
