Learned counsel for the petitioner wants to withdraw this criminal miscellaneous petition with a prayer that he wants to surrender before the court below.

In view of the aforesaid submission, the anticipatory bail petition of the petitioner is dismissed as withdrawn. If the petitioner surrenders before the court below and makes a prayer for regular bail, his regular bail petition shall be disposed of on the same day, without being prejudiced by this order.
