The petitioner is accused in connection with Sessions Trial No. 240 of 2014 arising out of Araria P.S. Case No. 232 of 2013 registered under sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 342, 323, 324, 307, 380, 504, 506 of the I.P.C. and later on section 302 of the I.P.C. was added, which is pending in the Court of IVth Additional Sessions Judge, Araria. Earlier prayer of the petitioner was rejected vide Cr. Misc. No. 28261 of 2014 on 24.09.2014 by this Court on merit taking into consideration the nature of allegation. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, I find no fresh ground to re-consider the prayer of the petitioner for bail. Accordingly, the application stands rejected.
