The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Bhore P.S. Case No.352 of 2018 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 272, 273, 420 of the Indian Penal Code as also sections 30A, 35 and 38 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act,2016.

Considering the recovery of 552 liters of illicit liquor near the water plant of the petitioner from where he managed to escape at the time of recovery, I am not inclined to grant prearrest bail. The application is rejected. (Ashwani Kumar Singh, J.) Sanjeet/- U T
