Petitioner happens to be husband of the deceased who died in other than normal circumstance within four walls of her matrimonial home. There is accusation that she was subjected to cruelty and torture on account of illegal demand. The contention on behalf of the petitioner is that deceased was caught in fire accidentally while she was cooking meal and, as a matter of fact, in course of investigation, witnesses stated the above stated fact.

Regard being had to the facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail and hence, his prayer for bail in connection with Surajgarha (Manikpur) P. S. case no. 112/2014 pending in the court of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Lakhisarai stands rejected, at least, at this stage. shahid (Hemant Kumar Srivastava,J) U T
