JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR JHA ORAL ORDER 11-02-2015 Heard both sides. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under section 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act.

The informant alleged that four persons were quarreling each other. The petitioner was armed with pistol. The informant went there to pacify the matter but some how the pistol fired and petitioner got injury on right side of the abdomen. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that no intentional fire was made. The pistol accidentally fired. Petitioner is in jail since 19.06.2014. The petitioner has remained in jail for more than seven months.

Considering the aforesaid facts, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing
