Near about 50 liters country made liquor is said to have been recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner while petitioner was pillion rider on the motorcycle along with Babalu Alam @ Afroz.

Submission on behalf of the petitioner is that even if prosecution story is assumed to be true, then also, petitioner being married lady was carrying the seized articles at the direction of her husband.

Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two
