2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that though the order dated 03.10.2023 passed in CWJC No. 14115 of 2022 has not been complied with in its totality as the petitioner has not been given entire payment, however, the authority has passed an order contained in Memo

Patna High Court MJC No.153 of 2024(3) dt.30-08-2024 2/2 No. 3019 dated 15.04.2024 and the petitioner seeks to challenge the said order by availing appropriate remedy.

3. Considering the aforesaid submission, the present contempt petition is disposed of.
