2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Siwan (Town) P.S. Case No. 119 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 328 and 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. From the FIR, it appears that the victim, petitioner and others took liquor together along with some anti-allergic injections and the victim died.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that petitioner is in custody since 25.09.2024 having clean antecedent.

5. Considering the period of custody, this application

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.4185 of 2025(2) dt.05-02-2025 2/2 is allowed, let the petitioner, above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Siwan in Siwan (Town) P.S. Case No. 119 of 2024.
