03-02-2015 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that during the pendency of the present writ petition, the petitioner died. Since in the writ petition, the prayer was made for quashing of an order contained in Memo No.107 dated 19.03.1999, whereby the petitioner was denied appointment against the post of Press Attendant, after death of the petitioner, nothing can be adjudicated. The petition stands dismissed as the same has become infructuous.
