The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Sirdala P.S. Case No. 361 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 147/148/149/341/323/307/ 504/506 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is case and counter case between the parties and the petitioner was also injured in Sirdala P.S. Case No. 362 of 2019 which has been registered the by aunt of Hari Manjhi, the informant. It was further submitted that there was no repetition of blows by the petitioner and he has a clean antecedent.
Considering the nature of dispute and the fact that there is case and counter case between the parties and the injuries having been inflicted on both the sides and that the

No.3757 of 2020(2) dt.21-01-2020 2/2 petitioner is having no criminal antecedents, let the petitioner above named be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ACJM-VI, Nawada, in connection with Sirdala P.S. Case No. 361 of 2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C. (Anjana Mishra, J) Saif/- U T
