Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 186, 188, 353, 120(B), 323, 506/34 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code. As per allegation of the F.I.R., petitioner along with other accused persons have created hindrance to the police party in discharge of their official duty when they reached to clear the road blockage by the villagers.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. General and omnibus allegations have been levelled against him. Moreover, similarly situated person namely,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.4618 of 2023(2) dt.07-04-2023 2/2 Shivam Kumar has already been granted bail by co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 28.09.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 18801 of 2022. Petitioner has got clean antecedent. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioner in the event of his arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Begusarai in Nawkothi P. S. Case No. 104 of 2021, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
