====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE NAWNEET KUMAR PANDEY ORAL ORDER 23-12-2021 The learned counsel for the petitioner is directed to remove all the defects pointed out by the Stamp Reporter within one month.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State.

The petitioner apprehends his arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 447, 341, 323, 379, 354, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code, registered in connection with Siwan Aandar P.S.Case No. 135 of 2020.

The allegation against the petitioner is that when the informant Suman Devi was coming to her house after performing her duty, the present petitioner caught hold her hand with bad intention. When the husband of the informant complained to the family members of the petitioner, they asked him to keep mum. Next day on 14.08.2020 the accused persons named in the FIR badly assaulted the family members and the informant with the intention to terminate her pregnancy. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that all the accused persons have been granted anticipatory bail by the same order of the learned court below, whereby the anticipatory bail application of the petitioner was rejected. She has further submitted that both the petitioner and the informant

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.11995 of 2021(2) dt.23-12-2021 2/2 are co-villagers and there are previous enmity between the parties.

Considering the above facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks from the date of communication of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Siwan in connection with Aandar P.S.Case No.135 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr. P.C.

Office shall ensure that all defects are removed by the petitioner within the stipulated time as provided hereinabove, failing which the matter shall be brought to the notice of this Court.
