JUSTICE NAWNEET KUMAR PANDEY ORAL ORDER 17-05-2023 Heard the learned Senior counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Magadh Medical P.S. Case No. 317 of 2021, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 307, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per allegation, when the informant went to demand his money, the petitioner inflicted knife blows on his person and he became injured. He sustained injuries at his stomach.

The learned Senior counsel Sri Ramakant Sharma has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been

On the other hand, the learned counsel for the informant has opposed the prayer for bail and submitted that the petitioner is person of strong criminal antecedent. He has badly assaulted the injured on his vital part i.e. stomach. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above-named be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand rupees) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate-Ist Class, Gaya in connection with Magadh Medical P.S. Case No. 317 of 2021, subject to the following conditions:- (i) The petitioner shall furnish bail bond after framing of the charges.

(ii) The learned trial court is directed to take endeavor to dispose of the case expeditiously after framing of the charges.
