2. In this case, the petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Mohanpur P.S. Case No. 57 of 2024, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 325, 307, 379 of the IPC.

3. As per allegation, in the backdrop of petty feud of tying animals, an altercation took place between the parties and in consequence thereof, the accused persons including the petitioner having armed come to his house and started abusing the informant. Further, the female members of the informant were also assaulted and in the occurrence golden locket is said to have been snatched away.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.822 of 2025(2) dt.28-02-2025 2/2 present case. The occurrence has taken place on trivial issue for tying the animals. There is no specific allegation against the petitioner to assault anybody rather the allegation is general and omnibus against all the eight named accused persons. He further submits that the petitioner is a person of clean antecedent and is under custody since 13.09.2024. He has also submitted that on exactly similar footing, co-accused Tulsi Yadav @ Tulshi Yadav has been granted regular bail by this Court vide order dated 24.09.2024 in Cr. Misc. No. 66346 of 2024.

5. On the other hand, learned APP for the State has opposed the prayer for bail.

Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, the petitioner, above-named be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-II, Sherghati, Gaya in connection with Mohanpur P.S. Case No. 57 of 2024, subject to the following condition that the petitioner shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and make himself available as and when required by the court.
