JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 11-03-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Admittedly, informant is not an eye witness of the alleged occurrence and in course of investigation, witnesses stated that petitioner used to illegally sell wine and it is stated that he provided to the deceased poisonous wine. Moreover, at para 18 of the petition, it has specifically been pleaded by the petitioner that cause of death of the deceased could not be ascertained. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand)

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.9639 of 2015 (2) dt.11-03-2015 with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Khagaria in connection with Mansi P.S. Case No. 170 of 2014.
