2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered for the offence under Sections 302/120(B) of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of of the Arms Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, the deceased was found dead in a birthday party.

4. During investigation, this petitioner and other co-accused have been caught. They all have said that the deceased has been killed in a celebratory firing. The petitioner is in jail since 31.07.2023. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

5. Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and

7. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M.-I, Barh/concerned Court below in connection with Barh P.S. Case No. 489 of 2023.

8. This application stands allowed.
