JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 04-03-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioners being the own brothers of the wife of the informant are languishing in jail since 18.06.2014 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 323, 354, 448, 436 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3/4 of the Prevention of Witch (Daain) Practices Act. It is alleged that the petitioners made the daughter-inlaw of the informant naked, assaulted the family members of the informant and put the house of the informant on fire as a result Rs.50,000/- sanctioned under Indira Awas Scheme also got burnt. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that due to petty dispute, the accusation has been levelled and

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.7795 of 2015 (2) dt.04-03-2015 2/2 accusation is not specific against the petitioners. A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that the petitioners have no criminal antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of `10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned SDJM, Sikrahana at Motihari in connection with Patahi P.S.
