Learned counsel for the State submits that pursuant to the orders of this Hon'ble Court, The Executive Engineer, Rural Works Department has requested for allotment of fund and subsequently on allotment of the funds by the Department, the petitioner has been paid the claimed amount on 15.02.2023 which is reflected from the perusal of Annexure-C attached to

Patna High Court MJC No.24 of 2022(3) dt.05-05-2025 2/2 the show cause.

3. In view of the same, the contempt petition has become infructuous.

4. At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner prays that he may be granted liberty for claiming the interest for the said amount.

5. Liberty is granted.
