The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case filed for the offences punishable under Sections 354B, 504, 323, 451/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Land dispute is the reason behind allegation of commission of house trespass, assault and attempt to outrage the modesty. The allegation is based on complaint petition. Petitioners have stated on oath that they have got no criminal antecedents.

Considering the facts aforesaid, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the

No.4887 of 2019(2) dt.29-01-2019 2/2 court below within a period of thirty days from the date of receipt of the order be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned court below where the case is pending in connection with Complaint Case No.1593 (C) of 2017, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure as well as condition that the petitioners shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bonds of the petitioners.
