The petitioner is languishing in custody since 21.12.2014 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302/34 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

The nephew of the informant went on a motorcycle on 10.06.2013 at 4.30 P.M. and thereafter he went missing. Subsequently, his dead body was recovered from a water channel. The name of the petitioner sprang up during investigation as one of the persons who was lastly seen in the company of the victim.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that only on suspicion, accusation has been levelled and co-accused Dhiraj Kumar Jha @

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.8220 of 2015 (2) dt.12-03-2015 2 / 2 Dhiraj Jha who was seen moving on motorcycle prior to occurrence and the said motorcycle was subsequently recovered in abandoned condition, has been granted bail by this Court vide Cr. Misc. No. 44051 of 2013.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M. Darbhanga, in connection with Bahadurpur P.S. Case No. 209 of 2013.
